NORTH OF AN INCREASINGLY HETEROGENEOUS

The North consists of 3 "centers" that are centers of leadership in the global economy. They control the flow core (pattern of trade, goods, people, capital, information). These three centers or triads are the United States, the Western Europe and Japan. Other northern states are less important place less importance such as Canada or Australia and others are in a state of dependence vis - à - vis the triad: Eastern Europe and Russia. Finally, some states are newly incorporated as the NICs (newly industrializing countries) in Asia is called the 4 dragons.
