Overcoming fear of the other

In France, the changes generally are - unfortunately - in times of acute crisis, five to midnight and violence. We need more dialogues and exchanges. Everything is viewed in terms of hostility and shocks, crammed with ideology. The paradox is that all this happens in a country where we have a lot of people informed, intelligent, as they say in France "brilliant" -- is the major compliment here as strong as it was considered heavy - to achieve results rather mediocre.
